Okay lang.

11 Months and going strong. :)
I want a Chocolate Marjolaine cake. Hay. :D

//--------------------------------------------------

Went to the editing studio today and had my first ever "dubbing" sesh. I sucked. HAHA. :) But its my first time. So gimme a break.. :P I dubbed my own character in the upcoming movie Shake Rattle and Roll 8. So guys, if you want to see me be burned alive, and look like a "taong grasa", then this is the movie to watch. :))

(sorry about the picture. I was captured using a phone (obviously :P) but it won't transfer to the pc via infra.. grr. owell.)

//-------------------------------------------------

Went to Divisoria with my mom l
ast week. I lurved the accessories - the gold chains with the big beads. I was on the verge of buying one set when my mom told me to just save my money instead because -- I'm not showing off or anything but I can easily make one if I wanted to and she already had a lot of these "blings." I at first did not believe her because I never saw her gold accessories before. But the other day, she said she finally found the key to her "baul" and lo and behold, it was like a treasure chest.

The smell of it brought back memories from my childhood. You see, as a child, I loved going through the contents of this simple box. It was like a time capsule. It contained interesting artifacts, like Hello Kitty perfumes- My mom bought these when she went to Japan and accessories during the 1960s.

I was indeed pleased to see my mom's collection. She had about 20 gold
necklaces and a few gold bracelets to match these necklaces. Do I look like a Christmas tree? Haha. :)

My mom told me that my grand aunt and her cousins used to call her a Christmas tree because of the accessories that she wore at parties or social gatherings during her time. Now, she's
passing them on to me so that I too can use her accessories at the parties i'm going to.
She's actually glad that I can use it too. At least it wouldn't be stored in that time capsule forever. :)

I hope that I can pass these too to my "daughter". :))

Oh. And for the last pic, its also my mom's vintage stuff. I bought the white belt from
divisoria then the tan, black, and gold belt was my mom's. I think she got them when she was 18. Its kinda unique actually. I know that everyone else has "that" kind of belt. But the buckles of my mom's belts are different from today. :) Um. The bangles are also my mom's... And the kolorete (that's blush-on for us :)) was my grand aunt's. The compact actually has her name embedded on it. (Which is no problem for me since we have the same name - Ligaya.). :)

Anyway. It's pretty late. And I'm sleepy.
Ciao everyone. :D

Nakakalungkot isipin na pati ang mga pinakamatatalinong tao sa mundo, nagigiging tanga dahil sa pag-ibig.

Regarding this issue, ayoko na talaga magsalita. Naubusan na ko ng pasensya sa kakaexplain ngunit walang naniniwala sa sinasabi ko. Or kung naniniwala nga, di naman ina-absorb. So wala ding kwenta.
Wag na lang. I learned my lesson, di na ko makiki-elam. This is the last time na talaga. Things will happen in the right place in God's time. Yun na lang.

Makulit ako. OO alam ko yun. Pero anyway. Bahala na talaga.

Collide - Howie Day

MYMP Concert @ celebrity.
When they started performing, the audience was quiet at first; un-cooperative, I must say. But as they sang more songs, people started to approach the stage and captured photos of Juris and Chin up close :P. I was one of those people.
Yes, the jologs me went up the stage and had my picture taken with Juris. Haha. :) It was cool. Although they were an hour late (which made the hosts pretty upset and they started saying not-so-nice things about them.) Tsk. Owell.

//----------------------------------------------------

When I'm not blogging, I have so many thoughts to blog about. But when I'm actually infront of the computer, I tend to forget what I was gonna write about in the first place.

- Anyway. November 1st. The death and beginning of a new month.
Hmmn.
Its almost the end of the sembreak. Honestly, the past few weeks have been a blur. All I can remember are the major details, like shooting for the movie (which by the way is finally done. Yey for that.), getting my permit and my atm card, getting into arguments with *ahem*, and the like. There's nothing much to do but bum around, watch television, use the pc and overeat - (this explains why I have been getting fatter.)... In addition to that, beat pit stop boy at the Ferrari racing thingy at the arcade and score 74 points in playing arcade bball. Heehee. :D

- Damnit. I got disconnected. Fortunately, I didn't close this window. Argh. I have been constantly badgering my dad to get a DSL connection since what we have right now is expensive (when you calculate it), and not to mention its über slow! (Don't ask.) Its actually amazing that I haven't reached his boiling point. Maybe its because he's also interested in getting
the connection because I have been marketing it to him and I think its actually working. (Thanks to my CA skills. :)))

- Speaking of "CA", I heard from my fellow blockmates that the #$#&$!*&()^%$(*!(*!!! (Edit - I think "Izma" is the right term. If you don't know who Izma is, watch the Emperor's New Groove and you will get a better idea on who she is. :P) will be teaching us again this sem. Which will make the 2nd sem a waste of time and talent and not to mention our money that we will be paying for this sem. Argh. I want to drop it actually but.. when I think about it, I wouldn't want to be furthermore delayed from graduating by taking up back subjects in my senior year in college. I have enough back subjects (theo_6) to deal with.

I haven't even enrolled yet. I'm forever irregular because I can't take up theo this sem with my blockmates because I'm way behind in that stupid subject. Grr. And sadly, my school's system is different. We cannot pick our own schedules nor our own professors. We're stuck with our 1st year, 1st sem classmates (which of course is not an issue to me because I love 2ca3.) But i'm having a hard time in enrolling since my enrollment date is different than theirs. In addition to that, I can't pick a decent p.e. schedule with them too. Darn. I wish I could get a slot from APEC sec. 3. :( Boo.

- I'm actually done with the backdrop for MMAB's pageant. Finally the sketch (that looked like it was drawn by a 5 year old) was seen by our director (ate miles, thanks for being really really considerate) and I'm now in the middle of building the scale model (with lights. ;)). I'm panicking now because I don't actually know how to make the set prettier without overspending. And frankly speaking, I can't draw so I can't present my backdrop ideas very well.. Tsk.

- I bought two new books the other day. The 2nd and 3rd book of the sisterhood of the travelling pants. Sha got me hooked with the story. She gave me the 1st book as a gift and so I read. I loved it. Anyway, the 2nd book kept me pre-occupied during the shooting day. It was a really good read and thanks to the movie, the characters were now more solid and I can imagine the story well. Haha. It was fun. It was like watching a movie in your head by reading a bunch of words for a couple of hours. Did that make sense? Hmmmn. But anyway I'm proud to say that I was able to finish the 2nd book in one day, the 3rd one the next day. I love the way the sisters' lives is changing and the story has been going. I look forward to reading the 4th book. And it was cool since I got a discount on the books so it was cheaper by... around 50 bucks each. :P

I learned a new word too. -> Paroxysm - A sudden outburst of emotion. :))

Since I'm finally done reading the "travelling pants", my new goal is to buy the whole set of Gossip Girls including The "It" girl - again influenced by Sha (I love her reading list). But the whole set is too expensive. Its 400 pesos a book and when you add them all together, the price is 3thou+. I think I have to save up first though.. The Mom won't even give me a peso to spend on the books. Pfft.

//---------------------------------------------------------

My internet's really slow so I can't post at cbox. Grr. I'll wait for school to start again to be able to take advantage of the highspeed internet available at the lib. Heehee. :D
